Samsung ML 2240 – a sharp printer with great performance


In the present words, technology has really simplified our lives. The electronic devices that we use in life for our day to day work have definitely made us more productive and proficient as well. Among the several types of computer peripheral devices, laser printers are the most significant one. And, Samsung has not missed even a single opportunity to impress the customers with its innovative and high performance laser printers. Samsung ML 2240 is one such laser printer from the ML series, which has created a strong and positive image in the market.



Samsung ML 2240 is basically a monochromatic laser printing machine, and it can churn out high quality B&W documents at a remarkable speed of 22 pages in a minute; it is the maximum speed, with the media size as A4. The processor enables the printer to deliver the first monochromatic print within just 10 seconds. The clock speed of the processor installed inside the printer is of 150 MHz, and it generated enough agility for the printing machine. Along with, the internal memory or storage capacity of the printer is 8 MB. It facilitates the easy and smooth execution of the stored printing operation.

The capacity of the black toner cartridge inside the printer is to produce a maximum of 1,500 standard pages. Samsung ML 2240 has been designed to yield around 8,000 pages in a month; and, it is sufficient for the personal users with low level requirements.

Optimized print resolution is an essential feature for every printer, as it determines the quality of prints produced by the device. Samsung ML 2240 offers optimized print resolution of 1200 dpi x 600 dpi (maximum). Today, we have large varieties of media types to select from. But, the accepted types are Labels, Cards, Recycled paper, OHP, Plain paper, and Thin paper as well. For the selection of compatible sizes, the choice has to be in between the range of 3 in x 5 in (76 mm x 126 mm) and 8.5 in x 14 in (216 mm x 356 mm).
